CPG, as is his wont, insisted on some yuckface pictures to go along with his morning "froggie smoothie" (i.e., a fruit smoothie with kale or chard).  In this instance, having recently mastered the milk mustache, he decided to go with the froggie mustache.  A brief preview of what will surely be an ironically grown and deeply regretted college prank in 15 years.

Now that Grace has started eating food (or avocado at least), dinner time at our house is getting pretty messy.

Our friends the Donahues visited over the weekend with their daughter Ella. I can't wait to show this at their rehearsal dinner. 

Lunch of champions

MConnor loves two things at Costco- samples and eating lunch at the picnic tables. Today was a Costco fail as there were no samples out and the tables were all full. I calmed him down with a promise of ice cream for lunch at home. He was pretty happy after a super star lunch of two bites of leftover chicken curry, ice cream, and a sampling of his faves from Costco- pistachios, choc chips, and applesauce. 

We wouldn't want any ice cream to get left behind.

First Solid Food

Young Miss Grace has been getting aggressive trying to get at mommy and daddy's food of late, so we decided to give he something to gum while we lunched with some friends. She eventually got bored, but exhibited several minutes of determined mushing. You go girl.
